How it Works:

Day 1 Photo – Take a clear, time-stamped photo of your skin before using the products.

Consistent Use – Use all products in your Skincare Set as directed for the full 90 days.

Day 90 Photo – Once you have finished all products after 90 days, take another clear, time-stamped photo.

Submit Your Claim – Send both photos (Day 1 and Day 90) to NK Skin Collection for review.

Refund Eligibility: 

If there is no visible difference in your skin (such as reduction in blemishes, increased hydration, or improved pigmentation), you will be eligible for a full refund.

Guarantee applies only to Skincare Set purchases. Individual product purchases are not covered.

Photos must clearly show your skin and include the required timestamps.

Shipping and Delivery:

Products are shipped from United Arab Emirates. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds:

Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 21 days of receiving the returned product.
